Writing

During the Preliminary English Test you are supposed to do 3 writing exercises:

1. a sentence transformation exercise: there are 5 sentences;  each sentence is followed by another incomplete sentence: you have to complete the second one so that it means the same as the first sentence. 
2. write a short message (according to the instructions you are given)
3. write a longer text that could be an informal letter

For the first exercise you can practise on the corresponding blog page; I don't think you will have many problems with the short message of part 2 as well; probably the most difficult one could be the third part.
